If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect due to our mistake, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will work with you to resolve the matter appropriately (replacement or refund at our discretion).
If damage occurs during transit, customers may also be required to contact USPS directly to file a claim, as shipping carriers are responsible for handling and delivery once packages leave our facility. We will gladly provide any necessary documentation to assist with the claim process.
Orders reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
